Production process of Bamboo Charcoal yarn

1. Bamboo is treated under high temperatures and high pressure to create activated carbon. Bamboo charcoal powder is further finely ground to nano size.

2. Create a spinning solution of bamboo charcoal mixed with polyester. Extruding the solution through a spinneret with a series of tiny holes to form fibers. 

3. Fibers are washed and go through a spinning system to create yarn.

4. Bamboo charcoal yarns are winded and carried to the weaving/knitting machines to make bamboo charcoal fabric.

The manufacturing process uses natural materials and recycled ingredients that are safe and environmentally friendly.
